ROAD CLOSINGS AND TRAFFIC ADVISORIES

NEW – Popp’s Ferry Road (from Atkinson Road to Pass Road) will have lane closures that will affect both northbound and southbound traffic starting Wednesday, May 13 – Thursday, May 14. This will mainly affect the intersections at Martin Road and Carter Road on Wednesday, and the intersections at Bay Vista Drive and Hinman Avenue on Thursday. Access to and from Popp’s Ferry Road from these streets will be severely limited or even blocked on these days. These closures will be in effect from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. each day while work crew install water taps. Please use extra care near work crews and watch for traffic control signage. -posted 5/8/26
Popp’s Ferry Road (South of Pass Road) Beginning at 7 a.m. on Monday, April 27, through 5 p.m. on Friday, May 8, Popp’s Ferry Road south of Pass Road will be closed to through traffic. Employees working in the FEMA building must use the rear gate access route via Arbor Drive to Beauvoir Road for ingress and egress.
